Brick-by-Brick Award Nomination Form

This year, we’re expanding our Brick-by-Brick awards to include a few familiar categories: Sustainability, Stewardship and Innovation. All projects being nominated must have been 90% completed by the end of 2025. Nominations will be accepted until end of day March 27, 2026.

The criteria for each award category are:

Brick-by-Brick: Acknowledges those who have implemented capital or infrastructure improvements, job creation, or who have relocated or expanded within one of the city’s industrial areas qualify to be nominated for a Brick-by-Brick Award.

• Sustainability: Recognizes businesses that have completed improvements to their facility, implemented a program, or committed to new processes or technologies that conserve energy and/or natural resources, reduce waste,

• Stewardship: Honors individuals, companies or policymakers who actively promote the need for, and the benefits of, being sustainable to the business community, external partners and/or the public. This could include influencing vendors, engagement in public policy, and employee or community education and outreach.

• Innovation: Recognizes a business or organization for developing cutting edge innovative solutions or pilot projects testing commercial viability that meet today’s changing demands for sustainability.
